This is happening because every day the powers that be are being a little bit successful in training up the Australain people to hate the dole and to hate the people who claim it. More and more Australian society like most other societites are being trained up beleive in every man for himself, dog eat dog, may the best man win and winner take all. In other words, fuck the people at the bottom. Make no mistake, both factions of goverment belevie in welfare, its just a matter of who for? Both them strongly beleive in corporate welfare and all they want to do is transfer the money spent on individual welfare on to the corproate sector, hence the vilification of the people on the bottom. How are people being trained up to hate the dole and the people who claim it? Its easy actually, its done through that remotely operated and progragramed weapon of mass deception and social conditioning found in every home.

The reason a lot of places disappeared mid 2015 was because the government felt it was more profitable having less job service providers and giving the ones left over more people. This was a big win for Max Employment as their profit arm received all the benefits and key regional roles even after they were exposed for fraud on Four Corners and were the lowest rated provider at the time. I expect this is the only reason they closed in your area as no one was really held accountable for the money laundering and fraud they committed.

Training for everyone is also aimed at the lowest common denominator to "prevent" discrimination. They put you into a job training session and try and teach you common sense information in case you don't have a basic education or what most consider common sense. The reason you were forced to do this isn't because of their failing, instead you are being unfairly punished for a very limited number of other people intentionally sabotaging job interviews and then claiming they did their best - so the lowest common denominator's best looks like they can barely wipe their own bum. Hence the bum wiping courses... sad but true.

Not sure about that. Sounds like making excuses for the system and those that profit from it and blaming those at the bottom of the food chain. It appears to me they train everybody as a group punishment to try to get the group to punish those who alledgedly intentionally sabotagejob interviews, an old military trick. They know not everyone needs to be trained in how to wipe their arse and its easy to discover who can and who cant just by giving them a challenge test. The train everyone because its things like that they get paid for not because unemployed necesarily require training.

"On the sound advice of the Australian Unemployed Workers Union, I have emailed Status Employment to get my Job Plan renegotiated in the light of my new knowledge of my rights. You should not have to get your job plan contract renegotiated if you dont wish to because you already have a contract with them. They cannot force another contract on to you as it would be a breach of contract. Furthermore there must be full and complete disclosure in a contract. There should never be supprises in a contract. No party to a contract should be able to say "I did not know that" if such a comment is made and is genuine then its evidence that there has been less than full dislcosure. its evidence of fraud. Know that there is no statute of limintation on fraud. if they try to force you sign a new contract (job plan) then they are in breach of their contract with you because they are trying to force something upon you without your consent. For this you can claim compensation for the tort of pain and suffiering (worry and stress.) If you went this way and stood your ground centerlnk wo uld likely stop your payments, the issue would go through several levels of review unitl it goes to an adminstrative court where the contract would be examined with a view towards the question "what are the terms and conditions of the origininal contract which is in dispute." Unless your contract states that only the job services provider can change the contract and they can force you to consent by signing it, in which case you are in an adhesion contract which is manifestly unfair and should be struck out by the court. Look up the principles of contract law, there is plennty out there.

Treated like that because the government does not give a flying F about the average person and it will never change because idiots keep voting for the Liberal Nazi Party or the turncoat Labor party. While it might not make a difference it's worth a shot to get more independents in there that actually care about the country and people, instead of the major parties who's only concern are their corporate sponsors

In the last couple of weeks I got sent off to another job services provider which is what they do every two years apparently. I selected communicare becase they were the next closest to the shopping centre car park. The laday at the counter said I was coming under her. I completed all the usual sign up paper work but in the page thats about auhtorising the obtaining of police clearances, I crossed out the paragraph on police and working with old people and kids, and wrote in the margin of the page, "I do not consent to this" and initailed it. When I gave the paperwork to the lady at the counter she just said 'righto, no worries' about crossing out the police checks paragraph. When she wrote up my job plan she put 20 jobs a month in it. I protested about it politley but did not make a fuss. I am a 60+ years bloke. I checked with MUUT who were very hlpfull and wrote communicare an email in which i said that number of jobs at 20 but it should be 10 and that i regarded this as a genuine mistake and requested that it be changed to 10 jobs. I also said that I would not like to have to "take this any further." eg phone the national hot line hwich MUUT suggested I do If they dont reduce the number to 10 jobs. I was contacted by a lady there by phone who said there would be no problems in changing it and when would I like to go in to get it done. I aksed he when was a convienient time for her. i went in the next day and I explained that 20 jobs for me is too many because some jobs I apply for can take most of the day and it puts too much of a physoligicial strain on me to have to apply for 20 jobs a month. THe laday I saw got talking and asked me how many jobs I feel that i could comfortably apply for? She mentioned the words 5 or 6. I immediately ceased upon 6 by saying, "I think 6 is about right" and the deal was done and peperwork signed. She even said the montly meeting could be done by phone so i said that would be great if that could be done." so that was that. The lesson here poeple, is that politeness, tact and diplomancy can reap rewards that are unlikely to be otherwise achieved.
